This home was very cool. It was something different and unique with stairs leading to upper attic balcony level overlooking entire ground floor. Kids would love it. House was large, spacious and clean with garage. Very nice.

Very comfy and homey townhouse in the heart of Ballarat, Sovereign Hill and Kryal Castle are very close, a shopping centre with good food places is within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet and private street, the house is very clean, nice layout, the bed is very very comfy (jealous!) and the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen is a full function kitchen with all the utensils you’d need. The TV is a smart TV. It’s worth the price tag! Tom is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and all over a 5/5 guy!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property felt peaceful and very relaxing. We felt safe, everything was really clean - absolutely no faults. Location is great, walking distance to some great restaurants, supermarket, chemist etc

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very comfortable and well presented, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The peaceful surroundings and calm atmosphere made it a very relaxing place to stay, and overall it felt really good being there. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. The fourth bedroom felt a little separate for our family’s needs, so we didn’t end up using it, though it may be ideal for guests who prefer extra privacy. It might also be helpful to have door mats in the bathrooms, as water can splash outside the shower and make the floor slippery when stepping out.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me & my little Maltese dog. I felt safe and the bungalow was private. There is a great, flat yard which is well enclosed. The location is perfect. Only 5 or so minutes to the centre of the city and close to all amenities. Tom's communication was very prompt and informative. I highly recommend this place.

The home was spacious , private, secure and quiet. Off street parking thanks to the spotlessly clean double secure garage was great . The interior was well laid out, bright and very clean . A very well equipped kitchen. All furniture very comfy and in great condition. The secure outside area was perfect for our 2 daschies. Tom was a wonderful host. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. A fantastic place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Lovely large home and well appointed. Secure backyard was greet with small children. Only issue for us, being older was the low beds in a couple of rooms. We would definitely stay again
