Bang for dollar this place is amazing, I don’t know much about the area but there was a Woolworths, food etc all in walkable distance 3km walk from city center which was nice. The place it’s self was clean, and the appliances were fantastic and new I would stay here again Tom from Comfyvists was very helpful and easy to communicate with

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Perfect stay for the Ballarat marathon weekend. Note that trucks are loud driving past in the morning at 5-6am so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Fantastic little home and a great location to explore Ballarat and its surrounds! So close to sovereign hill and only a short drive into town. The house was so clean, beautifully renovated with a nice backyard for our kids to play that was safe! Host was very flexible, responsive and we had a brilliant stay!

Tom is very responsive and helpful. The place is accurately described, very homey. Location was convenient as it was just across a grocery and cafe. All in all, very good place to stay.

A great warm and cosy townhouse. All the amenities you need for a medium sized family. Perfectly located for Sovereign Hill and CBD surrounds. Highly recommend if you need a home base and plan to be out and about enjoying what Ballarat has to offer.

Tom, merci pour votre accueil et votre maison à été un vrais havre de paix pour notre famille . Étant en tournoi de golf durant 5 jours nous étions contents de nous retrouver au calme chez vous. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la baignoire après nos journées froide soir le golf.

We had a great stay on Havelock street. Check in was super easy. Parking was no issue, it is a quiet area tucked in a block of units. We walked around the streets and felt safe. You are only a short walk from an IGA. We explored the beautiful cemetery down the road which has some history. Ballarat is such a huge place but you are only a short drive from what you need. The house itself was clean and we felt at home. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels clean. The hosts communication was really great and we appreciated the recommendations on what to do in the area. We were able to bring our dog with us which was a huge bonus for us.

Great place to stay, quiet location. House is fully equipped, lots of room. Ducted air-conditioning, so very cosy to relax on the large comfy lounge after a day of exploring. Everything is fresh and extremely clean. Perfect location and easy access to Ballarat and a short drive to Daylesford. Tom was helpful and always quick to respond if we had a question. Highly recommended accommodation, we would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.
