This is a really nice place for a pet owner to stay. Tom was very friendly, helpful and proactive host. I will consider booking at his place again when I visit Ballarat next time.

Nice and clean, extremely comfortable bed and the water pressure was supreme! Awesome bakery for morning coffee and iga, chemist across the road. Great stay and really convenient, will stay again!
