We had a great stay! The place was just what we needed — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Tom was great to deal with during our stay. We had no issues, but he reached out everyday to check and make sure we were all ok. Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s place! We were in town for the Sovereign Hill Winter Wonderland, and the location couldn’t have been better—just over a 5-minute drive to Sovereign Hill and only a couple of minutes from the city centre.
The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the open kitchen and living area made it easy for us all to relax and spend time together without feeling cramped. The house was spotless and thoughtfully uncluttered, which made it feel even more welcoming and comfortable.
Tom was a great host, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend

Great stay at Tom’s place - everything was exactly like the photos and descriptions. Close to cafes and supermarkets to walk to and in a quiet street.
The house was simple but had everything we needed and perfect for kids and our family with plenty of room for everyone.
Thanks again for a great stay.
Heating was perfect for a Ballarat winter!
