Perfect place to go back to after spending the day out! Really nice and clean and tidy! So conveniently located, barely had to spend any money on taxi’s/uber when going out for dinner and drinks! When we come back to Ballarat we will be booking this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tubella. The home was fresh and clean. It was quiet and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Having undercover parking , provided washing machine and dryer and two separate bathrooms was wondeful.
Tom was responsive and he provided detailed information about the home and Ballarat prior to our stay.
