We were so impressed with Tom property we stayed a second time. The place was lovely and clean close to amenities and perfect for our fury friend. Tom is a great communicator and gave us lots of great local activities to see and do. It feels like our Ballarat home.

Stayed here for working away in Ballarat. Place was very clean and tidy. Everything was comfortable and a great place to relax after the day. Lots of space, bedrooms are a big size. Would stay again.

Tom's place was spacious and very comfortable. Although it was part of a unit complex the houses were designed to be private and it was very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the house and furniture were very clean. The outside garden was well cared for and provided an area for our dog to explore.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tom's place!! Very well designed venue for either a family or for friends away together. Easy access to any places that we wished to go, both within Ballarat & surrounds - also nice & quiet!!! Tom is very pleasant, & responds quickly to any questions or requests for assistance.
