This is the second time I've stayed at Norm's Bungalow and each time the place has been very clean, comfortable and it is in a good location. The host's communication is always very prompt, and I plan on staying there again when I visit Ballarat.

Fantastic accommodation, and so much bigger than what we expected. Perfect for our needs, a home away from home and nothing better than a non-fuss, stress-free space to also include your pet if need be. We cannot thank Tom enough. Responsive to our needs. We had a lovely stay at Tom’s house. House clean with comfy beds. Loved the convenience of supermarket, bakery & chemist directly across road. Tom was great with communication. Would Highly recommend a stay at house⭐️

Thank you Tom and Jenny for a wonderful stay at your place. I came to Ballarat with a friend and 3 small dogs, and it was the perfect place for us. Tom kindly accommodated an earlier check-in as I had an event to attend - that was very helpful as it enabled my friend to manage the dogs on her own. The house and garden were very clean. We stayed here for work and found the property very comfortable and well suited to a business stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed after long workdays. The beds were comfortable, the space was quiet, and there was plenty of room to relax in the evenings. The location was convenient and easy to access, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions from the host. Communication was excellent and any questions were responded to promptly. We would happily stay here again for future work trips and would recommend it to others needing accommodation for business or longer stays.

Tom was a wonderful host. He was very helpful with our needs. The location was great and surrounded by lots of greenery. There is an afl soccer pitch just on the opposite side of the street if you love sport. If I’m in Ballarat again, I’d be more than happy to stay here.

Tom's place was very comfortable with all the amenities from washing machine/dryer to everything you need in cutlery, pots, pans, dishes. We requested some fans which arrived the next day, no trouble at all. Wonderful stay.

The location was exactly what we were after and for 5 people, the house was extremely spacious and met all of our needs. The enclosed garden for our dog was a real treat. Tom was really helpful, very proactive and responsive. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family.
