The house was the perfect location for us. We enjoyed walking into Ballarat almost daily for either shopping, groceries, cafes, restaurants, historic sights or just exploring. We especially liked that Aldi was so close; however, there were also other food stores a few blocks further. We liked that the train/ bus station was an easy walk too. The amenities and house were just as described. It was exceptionally clean and well taken care of and comfortable. Checking in was easy with detailed instructions. We would certainly stay there again with Tom as the host.

Norm's Bungalow provides basic no frills accomodation with a comfortable bed and crisp linen. The price would have been even better if I had not booked for a night I didn't need :-)

Tom's unit was a pleasure to stay in. Modern, clean and met our needs. Centrally located & very private. Tom was a great host & easy to communicate with. We would definately stay there again.

Exceeded expectations. would highly recommend for big families. we had our son's wedding and the house accommodated our other kids and their children with heaps of flexibility with bedding and 3 toilets which was a bonus.

Lovely accomodation a short drive to the centre of Ballarat. Beautifully presented with all the luxuries to enjoy your stay. It was very clean and has plenty of space to relax. Highly recommended for your next trip to Ballarat.

Communication was easy and thorough, checkin was flexible and accommodation was exactly as listed. Given its placed amongst other units the location was quiet. We had everything we needed, it was clean and great value!

Tom’s place was the perfect stay for our family, had everything we needed, was walking distance to eateries and the supermarket. Tom was a great host and very responsive. Would recommend staying at Tom’s place.
