Great stay overall. Excellent and convenient location being only a few minutes drive from the city centre and other attractions. The property was as described, easy to check in and very clean. Tom was also very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend to book a stay here.

The accommodation was perfectly set up for a few friends to gather and sew. A nice new four bedroom with lovely bathrooms and everything you might need. As always Tom and his crew were friendly and welcoming hosts

Tom’s house was very comfortable, quite and with a large double garage. The beds were extremely comfortable with no noise from the outside. The kitchen was easy to use with all the necessary items. The huge living room TV works great with very excellent sofas. There are a couple of steps to get in to the house but not an issue for us. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Communication was great! Loved the house and location. One of our guests left their purse behind and we were contacted as soon as it was found but we’re already on our way home. Jenny ensured it was posted back to us on the following day!

We really enjoyed staying at tom's place. He had great communication and everything was easy to follow. Place was clean and tidy and in a nice neighbourhood. Easy to find. Highly recommend staying their and we would definitely stay their again if we were in Ballarat. 👌

We were so impressed with Tom property we stayed a second time. The place was lovely and clean close to amenities and perfect for our fury friend. Tom is a great communicator and gave us lots of great local activities to see and do. It feels like our Ballarat home.

Great place to stay. You can walk to lots of places. Everything we needed was provided. Looks new and was very clean and modern. Downstairs bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for working away in Ballarat. Place was very clean and tidy. Everything was comfortable and a great place to relax after the day. Lots of space, bedrooms are a big size. Would stay again.
