Tom was a great host. House is lovely, clean and tidy, the outside, ie entryways and gardens were clear, clean and maintained. Big open spaces inside, good size bedrooms, lovely kitchen to cook in and plenty of seating. A 5* B&B.

My son, dog and I had a great stay while in the area for a mountain bike rice. The bungalow was warm, clean and a fun place to hang out when back there on what was a cold, wet and muddy weekend for us. Thanks for making it available.

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s place! We were in town for the Sovereign Hill Winter Wonderland, and the location couldn’t have been better—just over a 5-minute drive to Sovereign Hill and only a couple of minutes from the city centre. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the open kitchen and living area made it easy for us all to relax and spend time together without feeling cramped. The house was spotless and thoughtfully uncluttered, which made it feel even more welcoming and comfortable. Tom was a great host, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend

This place was exactly what it was described as, very clean and has all the amenities anyone would need. Double garage is also a plus! Lovely place to stay at and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Ballarat :)

Our family trip to Sovereign Hill was made super smooth by the wonderful Airbnb location - walking distance from the venue (and down the road from the local pub as well as a service station, coffee and a KFC for those who partake). We were also grateful we could charge our ev, which made a departure for home a total breeze.

Great family friendly place to stay. A fairly new place - clean and modern. Loved the amenities, it was easy to find everything, especially in the kitchen. Sheets and towels were all really nice. We didn’t use the laundry facilities, but it was nice to know a washer and dryer were available if we needed it! Central heating was perfect for some really cold nights! Garage parking was a plus and made coming and going with little kids a breeze. We walked to a few places nearby, there’s plenty to get to by foot, even with little ones in-tow! The host Tom was super friendly and communicated perfectly without being overbearing. Overall, a great place to stay and recommend highly!

We traveled as a family four with two kids. The place was spacious, clean. The house is newly built. Lenins were clean and tidy. I would recommend this place to the people travelling to Ballarat with four or more people.

Exceptionally clean and tidy, comfortable space for a family to stay. Very close to Sovereign Hill and easy to get into the main part of the town. It was warm and toasty in winter!

Great stay at Tom’s place - everything was exactly like the photos and descriptions. Close to cafes and supermarkets to walk to and in a quiet street. The house was simple but had everything we needed and perfect for kids and our family with plenty of room for everyone. Thanks again for a great stay. Heating was perfect for a Ballarat winter!

Tom's house is beautifully styled. If you are into great architecture, this deco building is divine. very comfortable beds. Warm inside and a fabulous location. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.
