We were very happy with our stay, so much so that we are planning to return. Everything was close by and the house was brand new and very comfortable. Tom is an excellent host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay in Ballarat - really central, close to the railway station, art gallery, restaurants, and shopping. We experienced an issue with the wi-fi while I was there (nothing to do with the property), and the host was really available and sorted it out immediately. Absolutely recommend :)

Tom's place was just what we needed. A quiet, safe area and yet close to all things. It was exactly as described and delightfully clean and warm. Tom was easy to communicate with and if I were to return to Ballarat I would definitely like to stay there again.

This house in Soldiers Hill was great for our family, including a one year old. In a Ballarat winter it was warm and comfortable, well located and with good parking outside most of the time. The kitchen was well equipped and there were a decent pub and two coffee shops within an easy stroll. Tom was responsive and helpful. Recommended.

We stayed here for a nearby conference and it suited us perfectly. There are several restaurants within walking distance, as is Sovereign Hill, which is a great place to visit. A really spacious and modern house, we enjoyed our stay.

Tom was a great host. House is lovely, clean and tidy, the outside, ie entryways and gardens were clear, clean and maintained. Big open spaces inside, good size bedrooms, lovely kitchen to cook in and plenty of seating. A 5* B&B.

My son, dog and I had a great stay while in the area for a mountain bike rice. The bungalow was warm, clean and a fun place to hang out when back there on what was a cold, wet and muddy weekend for us. Thanks for making it available.

We had a fantastic stay at Tom’s place! We were in town for the Sovereign Hill Winter Wonderland, and the location couldn’t have been better—just over a 5-minute drive to Sovereign Hill and only a couple of minutes from the city centre. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the open kitchen and living area made it easy for us all to relax and spend time together without feeling cramped. The house was spotless and thoughtfully uncluttered, which made it feel even more welcoming and comfortable. Tom was a great host, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend

This place was exactly what it was described as, very clean and has all the amenities anyone would need. Double garage is also a plus! Lovely place to stay at and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Ballarat :)
