Great family friendly place to stay. A fairly new place - clean and modern.
Loved the amenities, it was easy to find everything, especially in the kitchen. Sheets and towels were all really nice. We didn’t use the laundry facilities, but it was nice to know a washer and dryer were available if we needed it! Central heating was perfect for some really cold nights!
Garage parking was a plus and made coming and going with little kids a breeze.
We walked to a few places nearby, there’s plenty to get to by foot, even with little ones in-tow!
The host Tom was super friendly and communicated perfectly without being overbearing.
Overall, a great place to stay and recommend highly!

Perfect place to go back to after spending the day out! Really nice and clean and tidy! So conveniently located, barely had to spend any money on taxi’s/uber when going out for dinner and drinks! When we come back to Ballarat we will be booking this place again!
